Jeremy Butt
Vice President of Worldwide Channels

As Vice President of Worldwide Channels at Avaya, Jeremy Butt leads the company's Channel sales organization by developing strategies and programs for more than 3400 system integrators, service providers, distributors, value-added resellers and solutions providers.
Previously, as Vice President of Worldwide Channels at Motorola’s Enterprise Mobility business(EMb), he oversaw Motorola’s PartnerSelect channel program and was responsible for aligning new product and technology development with Services and Channel strategies for bringing enterprise mobility solutions to market. In this role, Jeremy’s focus was to continue to evolve Motorola’s EMb channel business, identify new routes to market and leverage Motorola’s ecosystem for profitable market share. Previously, as Vice President of Worldwide Distribution at Motorola, he expanded the PartnerSelect distribution presence globally and developed strategic relationships with key distribution partners. Jeremy joined Motorola in 2003 as channel sales lead in EMEA where he led the implementation of PartnerSelect and raised critical program support in the area.
An industry leader, with extensive technology and sales experience, Jeremy has held senior management leadership positions at WatchGuard Technologies, Cisco and Hayes Microcomputer Products.
John M. Regan, Jr.
Vice President, AT&T Business Field Services

Appointed in July 2009 as Vice President of AT&T Business Field Services, John Regan leads an organization of more than 2,300 professionals responsible for quoting and design, project management, field engineering, implementation and service assurance for AT&T CPE & managed services and a host of large, complex customer projects for the domestic US.
John Regan began his career with Southwestern Bell Telephone in 1977 as a summer intern and has thirty-three years of industry experience and has held numerous senior leadership positions in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing.
A native of St. Louis Missouri, Regan completed his undergraduate studies in business administration at St. Edward’s University, Austin Texas. He is active in volunteer community efforts and has held various posts including Board positions with St. Louis Ballet, Junior Achievement, Rotary and the Economic Development Corporation. He is a graduate of Leadership Dallas and currently serves as a board member for the Dallas Museum of Nature & Science Technology Board.
John lives in Plano, Texas with his wife of 27 years and two children.
John Bednarek
Director, Business Development, Avaya ACE
Global Communications Solutions
John Bednarek is responsible for Avaya Agile Communications Environment (ACE) channels and business development strategy across Avaya’s enterprise businesses. Mr. Bednarek is a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of product marketing, business development/alliances and sales experience in the networking and software industry - delivering, marketing and selling products and services ranging from embedded systems to total system solutions for targeted markets. John has worked with leading industry companies such as Gandalf, Mitel, Nortel, Motorola and Freescale Semiconductors. He also worked with several start-ups including Solana Networks, Avoca Semiconductors and C-Port Network Processors (acquired by Motorola in 2001). John earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honors, from Carleton University.
Dan DeBacker
Solutions Architect

Dan DeBacker is presently a Solutions Architect within the Avaya Data Solutions organization. His role consists of developing solutions and best practices for the data portfolio. These solutions range across Campus, Data Center, and Branch for data as well as Unified Communications. The role also includes driving features and consistency across the data portfolio, developing tools and solution guides that make it easy to design and deploy Avaya Data Solutions. Another key area of the role is to provide guidance to the field, partners, and customers on the strategic direction of the organization and become a collection point for feedback to the product management and R&D groups within Avaya Data Solutions. Dan works closely with global account teams and selected partners to drive revenues while providing design recommendations for solutions such as for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics network.
Prior to this role, Dan has held various positions from pre-sales engineer and regional architect in the sales organization to solutions architect within the Enterprise Networking Solutions team. All of these roles focused on developing customer-driven solutions utilizing the unique differentiators of the data portfolio. Dan has a broad knowledge with 22 years experience in the networking industry with experience in many different technologies related the Campus, Data Center, and Branch environments.
Prior to joining Avaya via the Nortel Enterprise Solutions acquisition which had also acquired Bay Networks, Dan worked at Ford Motor Company in the Telecommunications Services organization where he had responsibilty for the North American Data Center networks.
Dan holds a BS in Computer and Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Keith Dunphy

Keith Dunphy is currently responsible for leading the global integration of the NES channel into the Avaya Connect channel program. His broad background in channel management, network within the partner community and overall perspective on the role of the channel are integral for the successful integration and continued profitable growth of Avaya and our partner community.
Keith has broad cross-functional experience in many aspects of sales, operations and business management; he has an great balance of technical and business experience and has operated in a number of Customer and Partner facing roles across many telecom industry segments.
Highlights:
- Channel Strategy and Operations leader for the North American Enterprise business, focused on the transformation of the channel model to support evolving sales/go-to-market model and evolving customer and market conditions.
- Principal architect of the business plan and operating model for the establishment of the Nortel Advanced Services & Solutions business.
- Established the Wireless Network Services organization. Led the Global Portfolio Management and Development teams driving services focus within the Wireless leadership category that drove significant growth in the Wireless Network Services business.
- Led global team responsible for service development in Nortel’s Managed Services business within the Global Professional Services organization. Expanded portfolio into several new markets and Customer segments.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University in Newfoundland, has undertaken graduate level studies in business, and completed Nortel’s Lean Six Sigma blackbelt training program. A native Canadian, Keith was relocated to the US in 2004. He now lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Michele and sons William, 4 years, and Wyatt, 18 months. Keith is an active wine collector and novice but enthusiastic mountain biker.
Isabelle Guis
Avaya Product Marketing and Go-To-Market

Isabelle Guis leads our Avaya Product Marketing and Go-To-Market efforts in the Small & Medium Enterprise space. She focuses on strengthening and expanding our routes to market, and increasing brand recognition and thought leadership with small business owners.
Before joining Avaya, Isabelle Guis led the post-acquisition integration of Airespace with Cisco sales and channel Go-To-Market. She then launched Cisco Motion and created the marketing strategy for Cisco Mobility Solutions, emphasizing Context Aware and Mobile Unified Communications, and the development of Mobility solutions for verticals.
Isabelle also held positions in Nortel's Enterprise and Service Provider divisions of Europe and North America. She holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Supelec in France, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mary Ann Littler
Avaya Global Services Channel Strategy and Governance Team

Mary Ann Littler’s new role is leading the Avaya Global Services Channel Strategy and Governance Team. Her primary focus is developing and coordinating the channel go-to-market strategy, optimizing the segmentation approach, establishing a governance model, and driving partner enablement for services. Mary Ann’s experience in Sales, Marketing, Services, and in the Channel (as VP/GM for Expanets), will be invaluable in this new role toward solidifying a strong relationship with our partners.
Until just recently, Mary Ann Littler was the North America (NA) Theater Lead, Global Channel Support, as well as the Avaya Global Command Center & GSS Communications champion. Mary Ann oversaw the Avaya Global Command Centers, On Boarding Support Teams for direct customers, authorized partners and their customers. She also lead the Global Channel Support team providing process, documentation and escalation support for our Global Partners.
Mary Ann is a third-generation native of Colorado, and has spent all but 5 of her 28 years in communications within Denver. The other five years were spent in New Jersey during the birth of Lucent and the development of the global marketing and customer programs.
Mary Ann's educational background includes a BS in Business from the University of Northern Colorado, Columbia Executive Marketing Program, Lucent Change Management Program, and other leadership programs. She is the past Chair for South Metro-Denver Chamber of Commerce -- Colorado's second largest Chamber, Chair of the Littleton Hospital Community Board, and pastVice-chair of Boys Hope - Girls Hope of Colorado and is a Board Member for Junior Achievement for the Rocky Mountain Region.
Mary Ann is married to Dave, has two sons, and is a grandmother! She and Dave live in Castle Rock, Colorado. Mary Ann enjoys travel, community involvement, and activities with her family and friends.
Ken Pericak

Ken Pericak joined Nortel in 1989 and has held roles spanning the implementation and leadership of multiple functional organizations including design, alpha/beta trials, product management, quality & customer advocacy, validation/design/design support leadership, project leadership, and business leadership roles. As Nortel Enterprise made its transition to Avaya, Ken has assumed a leadership role in UCM Product Management. Ken holds degrees in Computer Science & Mathematics from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
Bryan Pickett

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Bryan began his career in Telecommunications at Nortel Networks in the early 80’s. He held various management positions in Marketing and Training eventually taking on the position of Vice President Global Training for Nortel. Prior to joining Avaya, Bryan spent the last decade as Vice President and General Manager of Global Knowledge/Nortel Training Division where he spearheaded the design, development and implementation of Blended Learning solutions, incorporating web-based instructor-led courses and technical training for end customers and partners. During those years, Bryan also served two years as Vice President and Managing Director for Global Knowledge’s EMEA Operations increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty ratings and bottom line for operating divisions of Global Knowledge in Canada, Latin America, and Europe.
Jonathan Phillips
Leader, Business Communications Solutions Group (BCSG) Solutions Consulting, Applications, and Architecture

Jonathan Phillips has accumulated over 20 years experience in the design, implementation and servicing of business solutions using telephony and information systems technologies for various customer environments and needs.
Born and raised in the province of Québec, Canada, Mr. Phillips is a graduate of Concordia University in Montréal. Mr. Phillips worked for two small communications solutions providers before joining a Nortel distributor named “Telecommunications Terminal Systems Inc.” ("TTS" – now part of Telus) in 1987.
In 1996, Mr. Phillips joined Nortel as a National Solutions Manger for Contact Centers supporting applications sales with Bell Canada. In 1999, Mr. Phillips moved to Dallas (Texas, USA) to lead a team of solutions engineers which supported a wide variety of business partners across North America in the contact center and IVR solutions business. In early 2007, Mr. Phillips joined the Nortel CALA (Caribbean and Latin America) team as a network architect focused on contact center solutions. In mid-2007 Mr. Phillips was promoted to the position of Director of the Network Architecture team, and in late 2007 he led the creation of the Customer Contact Applications Team (”CCAT”) which provides advanced integration and consulting services for complex contact center and IVR sales opportunities. In mid-2009, Mr. Phillips was asked to take on the role of leader for solutions architecture and business development for the Communications Enabled Business Solutions unit for the Americas region.
With the acquisition by Avaya Inc of the Nortel Enterprise Solutions (NES) business unit in December, 2009, Mr. Phillips joined the Avaya Business Communications Solutions Group. BCSG is a multi-discipline solutions architecture and consulting unit which supports the customer-facing account teams globally as part of the Worldwide Technical Operations team. In this primary role, Mr. Phillips continues his work as a solutions consultant for complex and strategic opportunities.
Over the past several years, Mr. Phillips has been a customer advocate in various product management teams and represented the product management teams at various technical and executive level events. As part of the integration planning team when Avaya acquired NES assets, Mr. Phillips often is called on to represent the Business Unit Product Management and Marketing teams in Business Partner and customer information sessions.
Ed Wadbrook

Today, Ed’s team lead the product management effort behind Avaya Aura™ software solutions. Previously (2004-2008) Ed was responsible for UC Strategy and Business Development at MSFT. Prior to joining MSFT, Ed served in senior leadership positions at Sonexis Corporation, NBX Corporation and 3COM. Ed began his career in communications in 1982 where he worked for 15 years at AT&T/Lucent a variety or sales, marketing and product management positions. Ed grew up in Rhode Island and currently lives in Massachusetts.
